So I don’t have enough to overdose again…
I got a referral to a counselor too, I just have to wait for them to contact me.
Got an appointment with my doctor this morning.
Going to hopefully get back on my antidepressants, and the mental health nurse I saw at the hospital last week said she would write to my doctor advising a referral to a counselling service, so hopefully I should get that.
I’m a little worried that they will be wary of giving me medication again now I’ve tried to overdose, but we’ll see.
